Regine's Patisserie

Regine's Patisserie is a wholly owned Australian family business specializing in wholesale and retail sales of cakes, cheesecakes, cookies, pastries and customized birthday and wedding cakes.

Regine's Patisserie started with a vision by Albert Stickney, pastry chef who started his career at the Kuala Lumpur Hilton. He then moved to Canada, working at the Queen Elizabeth Hilton, Canada and then moving to Perth in 1986 with his young family when he was approached by the Observation City Hotel, Perth. He also worked at Burswood Island Resort before starting Regine's Patisserie in 1996.

Head Chef and business owner Albert Stickney and his team have won several awards. Albert was a member of the Australian Culinary Team that won 4 gold and 2 silver medals at the Salon Culinare in Berlin, 1996.

Albert and his family's visionary management of supplying premium products that surpass customer expectations have led to Regine's Patisserie to be able to cater for some of the Perth's biggest corporate functions, businesses and individual clients in Perth.

Today, his team consists of his children and their partners and qualified pastry chefs. We are committed to serving the finest quality products to our customers in Perth.
